1.The contralateral kidney compensatory increase is not common ,but most renal blood flow increased .

2.Unilateral renal atrophy cannot cause high blood pressure ,such as congenital renal dysplasia 、autonephrectomy 、nephrotuberculosis 、chronic pyelonephritis not accompany with high blood pressure , but the renal artery stenosis by activation of renin-angiotensin-alcohol ketone fixation system and make the plasma renin levels ,lead to high blood pressure .

3.Renal artery stenosis accompany with limb dorsalis pedis artery pulse or disappear is not common .

4.Postoperative renal artery stenosis by DSA expansion ,the kidney blood flow obvious increase ,the kidney obvious increase than before .Can see part atrophy kidney is reversible

5.Renal artery serious stenosis and less than blood flow ,but through the collateral circulation will let the kidney maintain a good supply of blood ,cannot cause the kidney serious atrophy .

6.On the isotope renography ,disease of kidney development delay ,excretion slow ,and will first occur excretion dysfunction .Renal blood flow obvious reduce or disappear .
