1、Salt intake: during edema should take lower salt diet in case of aggravating edema, usually not surpass 2g everyday, and avoid to eat pickled food, have less aginomoto and fresh soda; when the edema fade away, and plasma proteins near to formal, could recover the normal diet.
2、Protein intake: nephrotic syndrome, a large number of plasma proteins expel from urine, and body protein is in malnutrition, hypoproteinemia make plasma colloid osmotic pressure decreased, and lead to the edema cannot fade away, decline in resistant organisms, so no renal failure, early stage、acme should offer high quality protein diet, like fish and meat class. It is good for relieve hypoproteinemia and some complications caused by it. But high quality protein diet make renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate increase and glomerular capillary is in high pressure state, at the same time intake much protein could give rise to the urine protein increased, and aggravate the induration of glomerulus. So for chronic、not acme nephrotic syndrome patients should offer less high quality protein, as to have chronic renal function injury should offer lower protein diet.
3、Fat intake: nephrotic syndrome patients always have hyperlipemia, it can cause arteriosclerosis and glomerular injury、sclerosis, so should be limited the intake of food with enrich cholesterol and fat, such as pluck、fat meat、some seafood and so on.
4、Supplement microelement: because nephrotic syndrome patients the permeability of glomerular basement membrane increased, in the urine lose a lot of protein, at the same time lose some microelement and hormone which is combined with protein, lead to lack of element, like calcium、magnesium、zinc、iron, should supplement appropriately. As usual, taking vegetable、fruit and field crop with vitamin and microelement.
The diet for protein overcast and no edema patients: 1、the intake of staple food: Chinese bread and rice as normal intake; 2、salt intake: as normal taste or light diet 3、the intake of fine protein: 1.0-1.2g per kilo body weight every day, need one egg white/ 100g lean/ half a cup milk 4、the vegetables you can eat: tofu、Chinese cabbage、shallot、cabbage、fiddlehead、the flower of elm、the melon、chayote、mung bean sprout、red heart potato、kidney bean、calabash、French bean、towel gourd、eggplant、cabbage、onion、wax gourd、pumpkin、summer squash、cucumber、little cabbage、radish、bitter herbs、green bean、pepper、taro、hyacinth bean、carrot、garland chrysanthemum、blanched garlic leaves、garlic sprout、celery、Chinese chives、lettuce、cauliflower、tomato、red bell pepper、sprout、lactuca sativa、rape、Chinese yam、lotus root、preserved Szechuan pickle、garlic、ginger、alfalfa、bitter gourd、spinach、potherb mustard、agaric、tremella、shenpherd’s purse、potato. 5、avoid to eat: spicy food, frying , seafood like marine fish、sea crab, pepper, garlic, shallot, caraway, dog meat.
